Parkinson’s Victoria and The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health are proud to present this year's research lecture series featuring potentially groundbreaking European research that could change the course of Parkinson’s within the next five years.
This series of lectures with international and Australian researchers, including Professor David Devos, aims to help you gain insights into current studies for more effective treatments for Parkinson’s.
Prof. Devos obtained doctoral degrees in neurology and neuroscience from the University of Lille, France. His main research interest is in developing new symptomatic and disease-modifying strategies in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's.

Albury lecture
Professor Simon Lewis works as a Consultant Neurologist at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and is Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Sydney.
Ballarat lecture
Associate Professor Jenny McGinley is a physiotherapist and Head of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University. Her research focus extends to how people with Parkinson's can stay active during daily life and the factors that influence regular physical activity.
