Become an Ambassador

Parkinson’s Victoria is doing important work in the community and need you to help us tell the world about it.

We are looking for a select group of Ambassadors – people living with Parkinson’s, their carers and family members – to represent us in our communication with the Parkinson’s community and wider Victoria.

If you are that person, you will become a ‘face’ of Parkinson’s Victoria. You will share these values and attributes:

  • Commitment to Parkinson’s Victoria and a current member
  • Positive experience of interactions with Parkinson’s Victoria
  • A story to tell about how living with Parkinson’s has influenced and changed your life
  • Articulate and willing to engage with the media and the broader community.

We are not looking for performers, just authentic, down-to-earth individuals with whom the Parkinson’s community can relate.

If you are selected, you may be asked to participate in one of a variety of roles, including a new initiative launch, a web video, media interviews and personal testimonials.

To be considered for this exciting role, complete the following survey – telling us your story.

We will contact Ambassadors as suitable position arise.
